Dear Kris,

I am deeply sorry and disappointed to know that, after 3-4 weeks of you
being away, you come back, send us these emails, while you are actually
drunk? for 3 years around, I have never seen that before and hopefully I
won't see it again.

Please, have a read (but make sure you are not drunk) at:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/SubTeams

And, read this carefully:
*"Need to be active : It's essential that people of the team are active.
It's not necessary to be active on a daily base, but a minimal
participation is necessary, so we don't have "ghost members" in the teams.
It's better to leave the team temporary if we don't have time on the
short-term, and enter it again after. "*

This has been agreed long time when we first started to create sub-teams
for Lubuntu. You were not even around at that point but make sure what I am
telling you is correct and this is the backbone and the foundation of the
sub-teams.

I have stepped down from two Sub-Teams, not because of activities but
because I felt I can't carry on with my roles. Phill has done the same.
Others have done the same. This is Lubuntu Way and this is 'NOT' new.

As for: "Many Subteams have been set up without my permission, so you may
be ended!"

1- No one set up any new team but how would you know? you have been away
and you couldn't even read your emails to find out what is going on so I
can totally understand your frustration here.

2- These teams belong to 'Lubuntu' and Lubuntu is a Community, consist of
volunteers who are doing whatever they do for two good reasons: They Love
Lubuntu and They Enjoy What They Do.

3- By all means, please check the archive, see the blueprints, etc and you
will understand what was going on while you were away.

As for: "I was brought on for my expertise, that I normally charge for! "

Actions should be louder than words, nothing more I can add here.

My advice is:
1- You need to apologize for what you have done :)
2- I am afraid you need to step down and hand over the team to another
member who is active.

This is not to put you down. By all means, whenever you will get enough
time for Lubuntu Team and you are able to be active and contribute, you are
welcome any time :) we are not asking you to leave, we are asking you to
step down.

This is for the team to decide.

Thank you!

P.S.
I agree with Phill, David, Nio and Lars!
