its just that lubuntuusers wont have to buy a new computer, they can still use their old one (good for our planet). Lubuntu needs less ressources than other distributions. lxde is leightweight, and i dont know, but i associate that with green. like a flower or a tree that can grow on a little piece of earth with some water and some light not needing much more, lubuntu will be usable on (almost) every hardware.
