I got it working this time, pretty much as outlined, cd wget -O dropbox.tar.gz http://www.dropbox.com/download\?plat=lnx.x86 tar -zxof dropbox.tar.gz wget -nd http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6995/dbmakefakelib.py wget -nd http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6995/dbreadconfig.py python dbmakefakelib.py
Then setup Dropbox and let it do an initial sync.
