Hello All. I ask you to include package samba-common-bin to default lubuntu distibution.
I found, that samba GUI tool "system-config-samba" need this package for correct work. Otherwise you shall see error message "Some lines couldn't be understood while reading the configuration file /etc/samba/smb.conf..." and list of all lines in smb.conf.
