On a slightly similar note, I've possibly got to put a little Mysql server in tomorrow, it's only 512MB RAM beast running lubuntu + LAMP, with about 10 active queries for the LAMP part of it, on a business b/band link would it have the capacity to be a seeder without slowing down the MySQL server part too much ?
