Hi! Where do you get those .po files? I translate LXDE components on http://www.transifex.net/. You can join your translation team and start translating. It's easy to download/upload .po files, or translate right on the web page. I have also worked on http://pootle.lxde.bsnet.se/, but I prefer http://www.transifex.net/.
