Hi Bjorn, apologies for the delay in replying. There is a 'how to contribute' on the lubuntu.net site at http://lubuntu.net/about and on the wiki area at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/GettingInvolved
Hopefully, the website and wiki areas contain the same information albeit that a Drupal based website will have a different format to a wiki area. Regards, Phill.
