Hi An-Feng, Could you please check the VM from the backend? Seems something wrong with the disk I/O performance which may cause such problem.
The disk I/O is very slow right now and doesn't response for several minutes for common commands in shell. load average is very high: 46.15, 32.30, 24.36 as well. @Yao: An-Feng is the admin in the machine room. He may check the VM from the administration interface for you.
