I think we don't have a GUI for bluetooth configuration. Blueman seems to be a good solution (Xubuntu added it for 11.10). But, blueman autostarts a python applet which is too heavy for Lubuntu. Unless we can disable it without loosing usefull features, we have to find another solution.
