UH, you can report bugs your self, the details of how to do it are at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs But, if you get stuck, please give us as much information as you can and a bug can be raised manually. It is far better to use the bug reporting command as it will include stuff the developers need to better address the issue.
