Hi, As for a priority, if I were you, I'd make it low priority to put it back in, as the newer Mac users have Mac OSes which probably work just fine for them and might be jumping on the Lubuntu bandwagon too soon. And Mac laptops make up the majority of new sales anyway. All new Macs for the past few years have Bluetooth and wireless standard, Mac user would expect the Bluetooth to work in any OS they may move to.
And there are all sorts of phones and printers and the like that are Bluetooth, you'd really would want it someday I think, just as long as Bluetooth isn't a big drain on the OS. More important to me would be printing, I've had to manually add CUPS printing to my installs just so I can print. Why aren't printing services enabled by default?
