Without a bug number how can we check and/or add any info?

I managed to reproduce a ubiquity crash, tested it twice, it crashed
twice, in exactly the same way.
I reported the bug, but one of the devs, marked it as a duplicate,
with a comment that said "you must have bad or faulty drivers"
