837054:I don't think it's a GTK bug.  IMHO it's a bug that was
reported in November, but persisted until now because Nobody was
triaging Ubiquity bugs
837054: if you read the bug report, you can see the time server is
returning bad data.  Let me emphasize the word "IS"

987406: This is a similar bug, reported by the same guy.  It's also
probably present in all ISOs, not even Lubuntu specific, I would bet.
Also not a GTK issue.  It's present on my RC 64-bit desktop ISO.
Again, good thing we caught this.  We are awesome.
