Lars, Here is the method that worked for me. # Create a simple bootable USB for PowerBook G4 sudo dd if=lubuntu-12.04-desktop-powerpc.iso of=/dev/sdb # Start PowerBook G4 USB in slot command+option+o+f >Then boot boot usb0/disk@1:2,\\yaboot # Your USB may be different than mine.
