On a Samsung 535 u3c notebook (kind of ultrabook ;) ) i notice this problems with 12.10
Suspend to ram is impossibile to re-awake Suspend to disk reawakes but with wireless spent. The netowrk icon says "Wireless disabled hardwarewise" (like always: translating from german here) After that any kind of modprobe were effectless i tried to do Fn+F12, which would be the hardware interruptor for wireless but without any effect.
