Hi all, as a update to the the subject above. This morning I came across (Test Drive an Ubuntu ISO)in the Lubuntu software center, I went ahead and installed it and tryed to run that daily build on virtual. (didnot work) the package also has a make a usb stick option, so I did and boot it it. Now the first install attempt was with the Lubuntu 386 alternate.back to topic, to my surprise it ran on live, but it was Ubuntu unity,not Lubuntu. to contineu the test I went for the install from the live version and it installed. that said on the Ubuntu side the installer recognized my ssd. so this bug is on the Lubuntu side in my opinion.
