Just a quick follow up. That statement is possibly not entirely true. We can't be sure if it will effect Raring -> Saucy upgrades or not because they don't yet exist ;^) We know it effects Quantal -> Raring, and I'm following up on Precise -> Quantal just to be sure we get this fixed when and where appropriate given the limits of SRU's.
