So... Looks like the printer issue/bug made it into the final release of
Lubuntu 13.04. For those not familiar, the "Printers" application states
"Printing service not available. Start the service on this computer or connect
to another server." Any ideas? This is an issue specific to Lubuntu, because
the "Printers" application works fine in Ubuntu, Xubuntu, and Ubuntu Gnome.
Also, this issue did not exist in Beta 1. It first appeared in Beta 2 and has
been there ever sense.
