I'm still using the 7/23 build here, it might be fixed in the 7/26 build, but I wanted to raise the issue anyway.
I was able to install 13.10 without encryption successfully. However, when rebooting my mini and trying to install 13.10 with Encryption and LVM, I got a fatal error that an unsafe swap space was detected. (Also, even though 13.10 is installed, the installer says that the computer has no detected operating systems.)
