Complaints about cedilla-brazil also happen in amd-64 vivid 20150401
when selecting english. Here a screen dump when the installer halts loading.

Today I found a new bug in Lubuntu installed by the 32-bit alternate
installer. It appears for me when I select Swedish, complains about
cedilla-brazil. Please check if it affects you too.
