option with the SNA acceleration, not UXA. In case that this option
will fix flash player's glitches. If by adding the TearFree option you
face any freeze/crash, then you must add the parameter in grub

Thanks for the clarification, and it was an easy test. Unfortunately it
didn't fix the Flash problem.
