@Rafael No, this doesn't happen with 12.04 artwork. I changed the theme to Mist and don't get the orange colour selection. The problem seems to be confined to default Lubuntu theme only. @Salama I agree with you. I also added Lubuntu daily ppa to get the latest version of pcmanfm and I have to say that it is significantly more resource hungry than the version in 12.04, not so much in memory use, but in processing power. I use an old asus eee pc 4g surf with celeron 700MHz cpu and 512MB of RAM
