I would appreciate it very much if someone would be patient enough to show me
the way to get ndiswrapper and my wifi adapter working.

You do not need ndiswrapper...
you need to install something else
sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter firmware-b43-installer
this will do everything for you :)
