At least, I'm pretty sure of that, because I read and re-read what was available, looking for something like that.

Perhaps if I had known the name, it might have been possible to enter it, but I didn't notice anywhere I could enter it.

It looks like you can remove plug-ins that are there, but not add them back. The "Menu" entry of the "Panel Applets" tab is not one of the ones having a check-box (allowing you to turn it on or off).
