Having trouble getting netflix to work with lubuntu. I have tried a few
methods I found on a google search. Any suggestions?

The reason is Microsoft Silverlight - they purposely don't want it to work on
Linux. But what works is a "special" version of WINE just for Netflix called
Netflix-Desktop. Follow the directions on their website

14.04 - I have it, but we usually watch it on my wife's laptop. Been using it
about a year now I think we started on 13.04, but definitely on 13.10
