I just fixed the bluetooth
OS: Lubuntu 16.04
Kernel: 4.4.0
PC: Fujitsu Lifebook S761
Bluetooth: Foxxcon / Han Hoi (uses Broadcom BCM2070 chip)

rename it to: BCM.hcd
and place the file in /lib/firmware/brcm
not ideal since it loads the closed source binary. but since this can be
switched off it is good enough for now.
