The table I made is more maintainable than yours, but still needs work to make it as maintainable as possible. For instance I don't think we need two lines beneath the icon, one would suffice. I also don't agree with having two icons in that one cell. Personally I prefer these [1] icons, with the added note that these are part of the official guidelines set by Canonical. (Note there are also blue ones).
And I didn't memorize the table, but most are already working links if I recall?
