it is a link from the dev area to let people see what is actually on the
iso. It is deffo not stuff for beginners, I don't even want to explain what
all the flags mean!

Maybe best left alone? by the start of the B1 series, the devs will have
what is going to be included as the 'day to day' applications for lubuntu
12.10. I'd suggest just linking it back to the 12.10 one for now with a
note at the top saying "these are the things in 12.10".

I think you found it via the minimal install section, which discusses, for
advanced people, which are the absolute minimum lubuntu can run with [1]?
That page would need very little updating from release to release, but you
are on advanced stuff there.
