I will be away this weekend and won't have time to look at Konrad's PhrasePrefixQuery. Konrad hasn't responded to my email from a few weeks ago about making his version compile with the current code base.
I don't want to hold things up, so I vote that Peter goes ahead with making the RC1 release.
