Hi Dmitry and Bernhard,
I tried to solve the problems that Dmitry talked about and committed the solution that I had proposed in my last emails. All unit tests and additional (limited) testing look good. It was not as easy as I thought in the beginning, I encountered some problems with the setNorm option of IndexReader, but I think all is ok now.
I would be happy if you guys could review my changes again.
