Could you fix this so that Christoph can publish things properly? How do we arrange the permissions so that any Lucene committer may update the site?

I have updated the online version of the website. This means the release
is now online. However, I cannot update the Javadoc. On www.apache.org
in directory /www/jakarta.apache.org/lucene/docs
there is a subdirectory api.old/ and api/ which I tried to change.
But I don't have permission. These directories belong to Doug.
I copied the current api into directory api.new.
Doug, could you please move api/ to api.old/ and api.new/ to api/
