With a developer hat on; it'd be cool to use the Wiki as a database but write a dynamic front-end that reformatted the wiki page to put together a much nicer interface (like the lucene.sf.net one).
I second Henri's suggestion to use the wiki - allowing the community as a whole to self-maintain the FAQ. With wiki changes being e-mailed to us, we have oversight and can correct/refine anything we see fit.
