No, although it is similar. Scott Ganyo implemented this. It is
implemented by the class org.apache.lucene.search.RangeQuery.
Scott also extended the query parser to incorporate range queries as
follows:
inclusive range = field:[lowerTerm-upperTerm]
exclusive range = field:{lowerTerm-upperTerm}
