Guidelines for the incubator website:
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/sites.html. We need to create a number of
pages, I'm going to try to get to that in the next couple of days.
Also, the branding guideline: http://incubator.apache.org/guides/branding.html.
I think we cover this with the exception that we need the apache incubator logo
on our site. I figured that should go in the layout, but I'm not sure how that
might fit in.
