Attachment: LUCENENET-451.slnfix.trunk.patch
Attached a patch against trunk that moves the license headers in all the
solution files.
This patch was created on revision 1195735, which already has the
LUCENENET-451.trunk.patch applied. I'm not so great with SVN, so I'm sure how
to merge these into one patch, so any branches will have to run
LUCENENET-451.trunk.patch first and then LUCENENET-451.slnfix.trunk.patch.
