Hi Laxmilal, I think you have downloaded and used MinalyzerLite[Command line search tool using Lucene (targeted for Site Search)] which was posted to this list at 05/20/2007. It must have left this lock somehow. So you can delete that file(or to be safer move it to another directory first).
