SpanNearQuery is what I use for similar cases, however I don't believe it 
supports wildcard/prefix queries.

The syntax you had in your example appear to be for proximity searches using 
QueryParser to parse the query.  One thing about your example is that you had:

"Zwischenver* Anspruch*"~0.5

The 'slop' value of 0.5 appears problematic, it should be an integer value of 
the number of spaces between the terms.  I'm not sure if such a query supports 
wildcard searches either.

I'm not a big fan of wildcard queries due to their potential performance impact 
if there are a large number of terms that match the wildcard, opting for 
creation of custom analyzers that tokenize or inject synonyms.
