The line code throws exception in all time.

Hi, buddies
 
when i am debugging lucenue.net 2.9.2, i found
int charsRead = input.Read(buffer, newPosition, buffer.Length - newPosition);
   if (charsRead <= 0)
    throw new System.IO.IOException("read past eof"); // it throws exception in 
all time.
are you encounter the same issue ? is there workaround ?
