We have been having some connectivity problems due to an ownership changeover. That FTP site (che.isogen.com) should be accessible now. I have sent Tokeer the files directly. Note that we now have our XML indexing code fully integrated with our home-grown document repository and installed at our customer--it's working great so far, but we haven't tested it at any non-trivial scale, although we don't anticipate any particular problems at this point.
