* Merge from debian testing, remaining changes:
- Drop ikiwiki and libhtml-scrubber-perl build-deps (not in main) and
perlmagick build-dep (only used by ikiwiki).
cwidget (0.5.13-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream version.
* Move libcwidget3-dbg into the "debug" section as per the new archive
layout.
* Remove doc/ikiwiki/.ikiwiki in "clean".
* Add perlmagick to Build-Depends-Indep. (Closes: #497877)
