* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- Use python2.5 for mkhowto, for now.
- __import__ now takes an optional level argument; account for this in
SessionBase.decode_session.
- Use --install-layout=deb to account for python2.6 transition, not
--prefix=/usr.
