* Merge from debian testing. Remaining changes:
+ src/man_page.cxx:84: Applied inline patch to fix FTBFS (open with O_CREAT

* QA upload.
* Fix FTBFS due to invalid string constant to char* conversion in
commonfuncs.cxx, thanks to Leonid Khramov who also provided a
similar fix (Closes: #560457).
* Refresh packaging:
- Bump standards version to 3.8.4: add a README.source
- Use Dh style debian/rules (raise compat to 7)
- Use quilt as a patch system (and put old diff in a patch).
* Update the pt.po translation (Closes: #567410).
