* Remove the Build-Depend on quilt and the usage of the quilt dh addon,

* Remove ${shlibs:Depends} from shared-desktop-ontologies, as it is arch:all.
* Update copyright.
* Add the Homepage, Vcs-Svn, and Vcs-Browser fields in control.
