- Build with latest GSeal'ed GTK+
- Do not lose the pinned status when dragging a window in a tasklist
- Use _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_SPLASH instead of non-existing
_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_SPLASHSCREEN
- Small documentation improvement for wnck_window_move_to_workspace() to
specify what happens to pinned windows
- Fix build when building out of source tree

- Set Standards-Version to 3.8.4
