I've been rolling release candidates for 0.2.0 today. Before we even get to a
formal vote on RC1, I'm ash-canning it, because I discovered a problem with
the KEYS file at the top of the distro: it did not contain the key I'm using
to sign the release. That left us with two choices:
* Add my key.
* Delete the file.
Per the recent discussion on general@incubator (<http://s.apache.org/tz>), I'm
opting for deletion.
Since I'd already committed a tag for RC1 and tags are cheap, I'm plan to keep
the version control history clean and proceed directly to RC2.
