Do we? I think we'll likely be alright, especially in the sense that once we 
move out of the Incubator and into a PMC we'll be managed by infra@ LDAP
instead of the asf-authorization-template. Graduation for Lucy is near, so 
I'm not sure it's worth putting the karma stuff back in just to get Clutch 
to look better. I don't think Gora looked too good in Clutch but we just
recently passed muster at the graduation VOTE within the IPMC, so 
Lucy would too especially since I think the only thing that isn't
kosher in Clutch right now is the committers and we have a VOTE thread
on record basically explaining why that is.

I can change the asf-authorization-template if that's what you guys
really want to do (IOW I have the karma as a PMC chair to do so), so 
let me know what y'all think and we'll go from there.
