The file LUCY-189-changes.patch contains changes to LICENSE and to
our build files so that utf8proc gets built and utf8proc.h can be
pound-included and used.
The file LUCY-189-utf8proc.patch contains selected materials from
the utf8proc-v1.1.5 release.
