Such tests are looking at your intelligence across the board so you might be a genius at art but hopeless in math or vice versa, thus averaging out your score. Does that mean you are not a genius? Certainly if you score highly in all areas you are exceptional. I think such tests are better at picking out your strengths and weaknesses and are not very good for determining a single measure for your intelligence. This is especially true of Africans whose culture and upbringing gives limited exposure to all the areas being tested hence many are very poor at some things but brilliant at others. Know thyself, don't take these scores as hard facts!
