I hope the techies can be able to look into the following:

1. They need to have IPV6 enabled routers n access servers (will their bosses be 
willing to upgrade ?)
2. I also remember something like a server responsible for translating between IPV6 
and IPV4 (4got the term used for it) but essentially for backward compatibility.

However it is a kool thing to do. Japan has over half of its IP backbone on IPV6.
