Anthony,
You can also use Samba on Redhat Linux.
It is quite powerful and not too hard to install,
configure and use.
See if this will help:

Enterprise Linux ES as replacement for NW 3.2
I am the SuSE Linux reseller in Uganda SuSE Linux was bought
by Novell recently. They have just recently (this month) released
Netware services for Linux. The page is here http://www.novell.com/linux/nterprise_linux_services.html
I
would suggest you buy SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 8 (SLES8) and can install
the Nterprise Linux.
I downloaded it from here, but have not yet tried
it out. http://downloademea.novell.com/nnls/Nterprise_Linux_Services.tgz

Hi all
We are looking at RH Enterprise Linux ES to replace our existing
Netware 3.2 server. What I need to know is (i) what software we
would need to run on our Windows clients to provide login to the
Linux server and (ii) what would replace our existing system of
managing access through trustee rights assigned to (Netware) users
and groups.
Thanks
